All students must pre-pay for lessons. If a lesson is not pre-paid for, then the allotted time slot will not be reserved, and the teacher will not be present for the lesson.

For students on the quarterly or per lesson payment plans, payment must be received on the last scheduled lesson in order to reserve your lesson time going forward.

Music 49 is not responsible for appointments not attended by the student and will not refund lessons missed by the student.  Students on the automatic monthly payment have built in makeup days at no additional charge.

In the event that a teacher is absent, Music 49 will make every effort to provide another qualified teacher for that lesson, schedule a make-up lesson, or credit your account for that lesson.

Note: Our teachers are contractors, and they rely on this job as a part of their monthly income. It is our job as a business to keep their schedules as booked as possible to keep their wages consistent.  Please take this into your consideration when booking lessons.
